Friday the 13th Part V is one of the first examples of rebooting a series and it fails miserably. Jason is dead and Tommy is nuts. He winds up in a halfway house in the woods (that's a good idea) and low and behold people start getting taken care of by a killer in a hockey mask.Same story executed very poorly. The idea, acting, and direction are all horrible and the film falls flat by over introducing characters just for slaughter. It bridges the human and zombie Jason. That's it.
