Freddy vs. Jason is the modern day equivalent to Frankenstein meets the Wolfman. It's basically about the fight at the end. There's no need for a plot (which this has very little of). The one thing I noticed from this film is the acting, which is horrid but I think it's because of some of the craptastic lines of dialogue these kids are given. And this is comparing to other Friday movies.People waited 20 years for this and they got it. Yeah, the fight is good, but it's the muck you have to go through to get there. A film that falls flat.
